Personal Training at OPenBox Athletics

From Functional Fitness Training, olympic lifting, and powerlifting to private yoga and pilates sessions, our coaches are available for one on one personal training sessions.  To book a session, contact your preferred coach directly or register for a session directly on MINDBODY.

Your personal training session will be geared towards your individual needs.  You have free reign to state specific goals and work with your desired coach to meet those goals.
